By accessing or using Octane POS Fleet Monitor (“the Service”), operated by Octane Solutions (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Octane POS Fleet Monitor is an internal business application made available to authorized users. Access is provisioned by Octane Solutions and is not available to the general public.

The Service is intended solely for authorized personnel. Sharing credentials or attempting to access the Service without authorization is prohibited.

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Do not access information you are not authorized to access.
• Use the Service only in a manner consistent with the authorization granted to you.

The Service may offer optional integrations with third-party providers. Your use of any such integration is additionally governed by the respective provider’s terms of service and privacy policy. The handling of information we receive through these integrations is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Octane Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
